As Chief Compliance Officer since 2020, Janelle monitors regulatory changes and requirements so we can ensure our clients are receiving the highest standard of care and guidance. Her ability to embrace change and problem-solving mentality are key characteristics that help her navigate compliance, HR, client service and administrative needs, along with leading various firm initiatives. Janelle is diligent about keeping our clients’ best interest in the forefront of all she does.
Before joining Grand Wealth, Janelle worked as an advisor associate and marketing coordinator within the financial space. She values time spent with her family, whether it is at the family farm close by or cheering her children on at their sporting events. She also enjoys time in the garden and going for peaceful runs.
