Grand Wealth values flexibility and allows select roles remote work options. In the summer, we shorten our office hours on Friday to give the team a head start on the weekend or catch up on professional development activities.
We value strong relationships and a collaborative culture. Our office is intentionally designed to foster connection making it easy to exchange ideas and build trust. We also make time for internal check-ins, team outings and celebrations that strengthen our relationships beyond our day to day work.
