As a Financial Planning Associate, she’s immersed in all aspects of financial planning while pursuing her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.

“I’ve always been inspired by helping people,” Emma shares. “There’s something incredibly rewarding about seeing the impact of financial guidance — whether it’s helping someone feel more confident or creating a plan that makes their goals feel possible.”

Emma thrives on the opportunity to blend technical problem-solving with meaningful relationships. Her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and deep curiosity help her uncover what really matters to clients and ensure they feel supported every step of the way.

Blending passion and purpose

Before joining Grand Wealth, Emma discovered her love for financial literacy while helping friends in college understand budgeting, saving, and investing. That early spark led her to pursue a career where she could pair her passion for finance with her drive to help others succeed.

“To me, knowledge is power,” she explains. “Many people feel overwhelmed or intimidated by money — but with the right support and education, they can take control. Being a trusted person in that journey is incredibly meaningful.”

Emma joined Grand Wealth because of the firm’s thoughtful, relationship-centered approach to client care. She is continually inspired by the collaborative team culture and the opportunity to learn from seasoned advisors.

Midwest heart, active spirit

A Grand Rapids native, Emma grew up just south of the city in a rural setting and considers herself a classic Midwesterner at heart. Her happy place is the barn, where she spends time with her horse, Bowen, and competes in Dressage and Eventing.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys hiking and relaxing at home with her boyfriend and their two Ragdoll cats.
