Angela T. Ejsmont

Client Service Administrator

Owner

Committed to clients

Angela delivers stellar client service as she processes client requests and onboarding, oversees client relationships, and helps administer and organize back office client relationship management data. All of these tasks are grounded in a passion for service excellence she demonstrates each and every day.

“What inspires me about the work I do is being able to make people happy,” she shares. “If that is simply making a process easier or helping them get over the finish line of completing a big goal.”

It’s not all about the numbers

While Angela’s early career began in pharmaceuticals, financial services soon spoke to her when she realized it was as much about client care as it was about the numbers. In particular, Angela enjoys being someone people count on to “get things done,” whatever the need.

Prior to joining us at Grand Wealth, Angela was a client associate at another financial services company in the area. She also has business, operations, account management, and billing experience from her multi-year pharmaceutical career, and holds an associate of arts degree with a concentration in human services, education, and social sciences from Grand Rapids Community College.

Big-picture focused

For Angela, each client investment means a step toward realizing their goals.

“To me wealth means being empowered to make decisions about not only the things you need to do, but what you want to do, and knowing you have a strong plan in place to accomplish that.  It is the freedom to do more for yourself, your family, and your community,” she shares.

Angela is a devoted mom to her athletic son, cheering him on in his many sports interests, and occasionally playing hoops with him. Born and raised in Grand Rapids, she enjoys reading, traveling, especially to visit the youngest of her two brothers in California, and finding a new, great show or movie to stream.
