Delivering foundational support throughout the firm

Nancy brings attention to detail to her role providing high-level support to Managing Principal Jeff Williams and Principal Steve Starnes. Focusing on prioritizing the best interest of Grand Wealth’s clients, she manages calendars, communications, and travel plans; builds operational efficiencies; implements project-based tasks; and oversees other administrative duties. Nancy’s focus and experience makes her an essential member of our high-performing team.

Prioritizing collaboration and community 

Prior to joining Grand Wealth, Nancy served in multiple executive assistant roles in global IT consulting and office design. She also has experience as a human resource specialist at an automotive supply manufacturing company, as a senior administrative assistant, and in early elementary classroom positions during her 21-year tenure at East Grand Rapids Public Schools.

Nancy is also a dedicated community member, having volunteered for Kids’ Food Basket, and Beer City Dog Biscuits, which provides productive and social opportunities for handicapable adults. This past school year, Nancy served as a mentor to a senior at her alma mater, Union High School, as a part of the Grand Rapids Public Schools and Grand Rapids Rotary STRIVE program. STRIVE is a well-respected mentoring program for high school juniors and seniors to help them improve their present educational status and life prospects. It was a rewarding experience. Nancy’s mentee has eagerly begun her freshman year at Grand Rapids Community College. The program does not only encompass one school year; however, if the mentor and mentee agree to lifelong enrichment, it continues.

Commitment to team building

Above all, Nancy believes in the power of teamwork to support Grand Wealth’s clients.

I’m at my professional happiest when I can be part of a team that truly cares about rowing in the same direction with the primary focus on achieving our solid goal of what’s best for the clients we serve. The team works hard for continuous success of that goal, and I assist in any way needed.”

Nancy is an avid cyclist who loves embarking on spontaneous weekend road trips, dinner and weekend brunch with family and girlfriends, and concerts. She also enjoys participating in her Polish heritage through local cultural events.
